Job description ( Human Resources Specialist ):
- Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transfer, promotion, and termination
- Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensure that paperwork for the new hire is completed and processed
- Address any labor relations issues, such as employment complaints.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, which includes coordinating positions, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

Job description ( logistics specialist ):
- Issuing bank payment request for foreign payments to manufactures.
- Arrange with manufacturers Egyptian customs clearance requirements for products labeling and documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing list, etc..) - Follow up with manufacturers from production time till delivery date.
- Chose the appropriate shipping methods along with best forward agent offer in accordance with the projects delivery date deadline
- Follow up with forward agent from pick up till goods arrival to port
- Follow up with Clearance officer from Goods arrival to port till release of goods and arrival to company warehouse
- Follow up with any samples taken at customs labs and replacing any missing items from suppliers.
- Follow up fast courier shipments
- Arrange shipping payments with different freight agencies and fast courier - Calculate shipments
