5-Fixing of defective parts which reduced cost, waiting and downtime.

5-Assembling 3 blowing nozzles from scrap which saved 6000 Eur plus downtime reduction.

1-Leading and supervising of downstream lines regarding troubleshooting and PMs.
2-Raising the efficiency of a specific department from 60% to 90%.
3-Design and manufacturing of spare parts which reduced cost and downtime.
4-Preventing supplies leakages like pressured air, cooling water and hydraulic oils.
5-Gain very effective hand skills and metal forming knowledge.
