2-Building a complete map for 12 lines transporting conveyors for each component.
3-Inspection of transporting conveyors and executing PMs which led to zero breakdowns.
4-Performing a complete and partial PMs which led to zero breakdowns during running hours.
5-Fixing of defective parts which reduced cost, waiting and downtime.
Performing and leading breakdown maintenance, planning and schedualing preventive and improving maintenance
Designing and producing packages ( Tin can & PET (Sidel and Sipa)& Filling& Labelling)
TPM and AM
Achievements:
1-Applying of Autonomous maintenance and 5S.
2-PIP (Profit improvement project), 300, 000 LE saving.
3-Building a small spare parts store to reduce cost and downtime.
4-Performing a complete PM for a repeated breakdowns machine which led to zero breakdowns.
5-Assembling 3 blowing nozzles from scrap which saved 6000 Eur plus downtime reduction.
(High pressure die casting, CNC turnings, transfer table machines, belt conveyors, water pumps and many other hydraulic and pneumatic systems).
Achievements:
1-Leading and supervising of downstream lines regarding troubleshooting and PMs.
2-Raising the efficiency of a specific department from 60% to 90%.
3-Design and manufacturing of spare parts which reduced cost and downtime.
4-Preventing supplies leakages like pressured air, cooling water and hydraulic oils.
5-Gain very effective hand skills and metal forming knowledge.
