Job description:
Production Manager
- Directly responsible for 4supervisors and (80) WORKER
do the following tasks:
-1- Develop plans for the factory productivity
-2- Prepare daily reports to the Operations Development Manager regarding (machines-workers-raw materials -products) status.
-3- Ensure the compliance with ( production procedures-GMP-health and safety-preserving the environment)
-4-Follow up machinery breakdowns electrical, mechanical and maintenance work
-5- Evaluate the performance of employees and determine training needs.
-6-Continuous research to reduce production costs . and prepare budgets
-7- Study annual Budget and report the requirements to realize it,
-8- Supervision of industrial safety and production standards.( ISO standards
For:
Manufacturers and Exporters of extrusion plastic film- reclose able zipper bags central drum flexography printing, and forming shapes from polyethylene and polypropylene film
Production ENGINEER
-1-Review production orders/schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates.
-2-Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
-3- Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
-4- Evaluation of raw material and packaging material suppliers
-5-Analytical and problem solving
Operator on CNC unica 5 axes machine
