My Career design has been improved since joining such legal department in a Multinational company, whereas my job had been described as:
1) Contributes to formulate and develop legal strategy, plans and budget for the legal department to ensure the legal policy guidelines implementation and adherence.
2) Provides internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to registration of new companies or liquidations…etc., to ensure that the corporate activities are in line with the applicable laws.
3) Works on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, establishing new companies, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements of multinational.
4) Maintains custody of legal documents to ensure copyright handling.
5) Provides a legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the company exposure.
6) Assists HR on revising employment contracts to facilitate the recruitment or dismissed of employees and to insure its conformity to Egyptian Labor Laws.
7) Formulate, provide, advise and / or review all contracts agreements between the company, third parties and new joint ventures to ensure that the company’s interest is protected and the best commercial position maintained.
8) Direct control, prepare, responds and lead the legal.
9) Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to all Departments.
As I am always looking improving my experiences in the legal field I transferred to such firm, whereas I prepared legal reports, providing legal opinions, Due diligence and MOU, further more I wrote many legal documents regarding the felony, civil and Labor cases for many well known clients like Azzat Abdelraouf and Fawaz Alhokair group in addition to compensation cases for Beverly hills, Sodic, Gazala Bay and many other companies. Whereby I gained more experience in corporate and commercial law and mastered my skills in writing up associations ordinary, extraordinary assemblies and the board of directors meetings.
Moreover I made all businesses related to the adoption process concerning the assemblies and meetings at the General Authority for Investment and Free zone that related to many leading companies like Hyde Park Properties Development and Property finder beside the amendment contracts, litigation regarding the aforementioned companies.
•Lawyer on the first instance in the international office for legal consultations (I.O.L.C) in the period from 8/2014 till now. I always looking for getting more experiences in the legal field, so when I felt that my experience curve starting to stop, I knew that is the time to transfer to such firm whereas I wrote up many legal documents like workers and checks issues, in addition to the compensation cases for VIP clients like El Kuwait for oil and gas Co, Maxim Group companies and many other companies. As I had experiences in the commercial issues I joined the commercial department whereby , I gained more experience in corporate and commercial law and continue improving my skills in writing up associations ordinary, extraordinary assemblies and the board of directors meetings as well as I have got the chance to increase the companies capital.
•Moreover I made all businesses related to adoption concerning the assemblies and meetings at the General Authority for Investment that related to many leading companies like Housing & Development Bank, Hyde Park Properties Development and The Holding Company for Investment & Development beside the amendment contracts, litigation regarding the aforementioned companies
Lawyer on the first instance at Mr. Emad Soliman law firm (it deals with corporate and commercial, criminal, civil matters in addition to a department that deals with drafting legal contracts and providing legal consultants in English ). I succeeded passing some hard exams to get the opportunity to work in such law firm since the firm needed a professional lawyers in writing up legal documents and contracts, So I got approved to join the firm in the civil and criminal section where I wrote up many legal documents like monument case, workers appeals and compensation cases for VIP clients like Emirate heights, Ocean blue and Link dot net and many other companies, I joined the commercial section where I increased my experience in corporate and commercial law and improve my skills in writing up the associations ordinary, extraordinary assemblies and the board of directors meetings, as well as the adoption concerning such assemblies and meetings at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, and done all the business-related to handling the company’s shares, in addition to establishing companies according to Law No. 159 of 1981 and Law No. 8 of 1997, and writing up contracts concerning sale and purchase of shares and extracting query stock certificates from the stock market, and as for individuals companies I have established a number of joint liabilities, Limited Partnership companies in addition to the amendment contracts concerning such companies, more over I had experiences in trademark registration .
I wrote up many associations ordinary, extraordinary assemblies, the board of directors meetings and the amendment contracts and made all businesses related to adoption concerning such assemblies and meetings at the General Authority for Investment for many leading companies like CEMEX, Boisen and Bavarian auto group.
Lawyer in the office of Mr. Tarek Obeyed, it was very useful period to my career since i had combining paralegal and the real attorneys work. I joined such firm as a managing partner, i got more experiences in representation and having hearing at courts in various degrees of litigation in many kinds of law branches like error murder case, compensation cases, unfair dismissal, theft brands and cheek suits, and i got more experiences in dealing with many different government authorities and having business relationships witch helped me to improve my clients care skills like giving legal advice, consultation and recommendations in addition to allowing more chances to improve my talent in writing up the legal documents in a professional legal way in many kind of law branches like criminal, civil and labor laws in various suit cases like annulment suit, claim suits and compensation issues for VIP clients like Company cafe and HSI and many other companies.
in additional to that i had small experiences in the commercial law represented in establishing companies according to Law No. 8 of 1997 and Law No. 159 of 1981 and as for individuals companies.
And being a managing Partner in such firm allowed to me having experience in supervising a team of lawyers throughout minor and major for the lawyers work.
Lawyer practicing the legal Group law firm, it was my first year in the field after training and got ready to start my career, so I joined to this company where I increased my skills and experience in all law branches specially in the civil law which the company had many cases depend on it like registration of real estate lawsuits, Property claims and Suits tenure. In addition to that i worked in criminal suits like check suites and Lawsuits of monument which I got better in writing up legal their documents moreover in the labor law i start reading and writing many legal documents and got more experiences in hearing at court in various degrees of litigation in all branches of law.
In addition to that I joined to the HR team where I got experience in doing administrative investigations with the company’s employers and arrangement the employees files to dealing with the Public Authority for Social Insurance.
Trainee solicitor in the office of Mr. Wagdi Elaawa in the period from 9/2007 to 7/2009, I was in the 4th year of faculty and then I had my first criminal hearing at court and had my first innocence judgment To the firm's Client, in additional to that I had my first hearing in the civilian higher court of appeal moreover starting writing up many legal documents in a good legal way.
