Scope: El Seif has been awarded the main contract to design and build four residential complexes in four different areas in Najran Area at Saqaam, Khabash, West Sharourah and East Sharourah.
The scope of El Seif includes the detailed design, engineering procurement, construction, testing & commissioning of a total of 2, 800 residential units including 373 apartment buildings, 512 villas, schools, male & female kindergartens, sport clubs, mosques, clinics, shopping centers, recreational facilities, military police buildings, service buildings, administrative buildings, warehouses, workshops, petrol stations and others.
Scope also comprises all infrastructure, roads, landscaping, and utilities including sewage treatment plants, RO plants, ancillary buildings, and other external works.

Manage commercial activities in order to minimize commercial risks and protect commercial relations with concerned stakeholders.
Define contract administration rules jointly with contract Administrator.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met by both the client and contractor.
Lead on claims and variation management on behalf of the package.
Ensures continuous updating of project quantities based on construction developments, including VOs, completion of detailed design, etc., and passes on the updated quantities to all concerned (primarily Operations, Procurement, and Cost Control).
Reviews and controls invoices and associated correspondence.
Ensures applications for payments are issued in a timely manner.
