Upgrading the Factory productivity By:
1. Implementing new organization chart for the factory
2. Determining human recourses needed according to our capacity.
3. Creating production processes for our products
4. Changing factory layout to match our processes.
5. Developing the staff mentality to match our requirements
Planning and controlling production schedule and adjusting it if needed.
Overseeing production process.
Ensuring safety and health regulations are met.
Estimating and negotiating budgets and timings with management.
Determining and controlling quality control gates.
Reviewing and assessing staff performance.
Issuing weekly and monthly production performance reports and update management and project team with production progress.
(Successfully upgrading the productivity rates in 5 months over 4 times the initial in May 2017)

Personnel - Discussion and adoption of the monthly assessment for employees with production manager and submitted to the Director General of the Industrial Park.
- Reporting irregularities to the staff director of the industrial complex to make the necessary recommendations.
Designer /
R & D - Preparation of new designs
- Receipt of the design review with the Director of the Industrial Park.
- Modify the design (if any), and offer to take the final approval.
planning - Setting the scope of work required for the production manager.
- Determine the measurements needed to establish specific performance by the director of production.
- Priorities for action received from the upper management for inclusion action plan.
- The inclusion of the amendments and the issuance of the final plan of action and take the approval of the General Director of the Industrial Park
Supervision maintenance - To schedule the maintenance work needed to repair faults and machines.
- Coordinate correspondence with the supplier.

- Meeting clients and studying their needs and discuss the areas of work and product pricing and dates of deliveries.
- View a sample output for customers to adopt and thus guide the production manager for the resumption of production.
- To discuss the client at the proposed amendments on the sample and study the feasibility and costs, and therefore modify the order of work
- Coordination with suppliers to bring all machinery / equipment / tools / accessories necessary for the production process
In three years, we achieved in the industrial park.
1. We manufactured most of the GUC furniture (classrooms - offices - doors - etc……)
2. Making some parts for the construction sites.
3. R&D.
There are 3 industrial units inside the park all are equipped with high end CNC machines.
1. Sheet metal unit.
2. Metal forming unit.
3. Wood-workshop unit.
From these 3 units I gained more experience in high technology machining systems.
What I gained from this period.
1. Nothing is impossible as long you have the proper tool.
2. Gaining experience in CNC machines and language.
3. Gaining more managerial skills.
4. How to plan and set scope of work for employees.
5. Doing reports and paper work.

Design - Preparation of the designs according the boundaries of the client and according the potentials of the factory.
Supervision / quality control. - Supervise the production process and the quality of the product.
Installation / submitting - Supervising the installation process of product.
- following up with clients and knowing their reviews.
In this period I contributed in manufacturing furniture for more than 500 clients. All with good reviews.
What I gained from this period.
1. Gaining communication skills from dealing with people and clients.
2. Gaining more technical skills.
Knowing market suppliers for materials and accessories.
