.• Preparation of the design drawings to ensure timely completion within the specifications / details obtained from the Tender/Customer.
• Prepare drawings for design work, sketches, equipment & materials; prepare presentation
• Meet with Customers to obtain & determine the design requirements; provide inputs & alternatives on materials specifications
• Meet clients to read their tastes and knowledge of their requirements and their budget.
• Conduct site visits to determine the design specifications & requirements needed.
• Maintain illustrative materials on available products & materials for selected user
• Preparation of the shop drawings with the Draftsman to ensure timely completion within the specifications/details obtained from the Customer/Consultant.
• Coordinate with the Draftsman for the preparation of the shop drawings, ensuring all information & details have been successfully discussed with the Draftsman.
• Take part in the review of the shop drawings, ensuring that all information given have been captured & the drawings are accurate; inform the Draftsman for any required corrections.
• Monitor the Shop Drawings & inform the Head on delayed response or return of the drawings.
• Incorporate the materials/sketches & other important items in the Presentation Board as per the instructions of the Head of Interior Design
• Provide consultations works in the creation & visualization of concept design from the ideas & imagination of the Customer in order to facilitate in the customer obtaining the service of the Division for its execution.
• Advice the Customer on interior design factors such as space planning, layout & utilization of furnishings & color coordination.
• Conduct site visits, in order to understand the Customer ideas/concept while providing alternatives due to layout /setup of the site/space.
• Meet with the Head-Interior Design to discuss & review the requirements of the Customer including recommendations on alternatives/options to materials & design specifications.
• Present materials and fabric samples to the Customer to elicit a more authentic feel for the product / design
