Ensuring that an effective project management system is established and setting projects’ standards to effectively handle change, issue and risk management.

- Responsible for managing King Fahad Specialist Hospital project (Dammam). This includes:
- Ensuring the streamlined operation of the project in alignment with the business objectives and project scope.
- Working closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the project.
- Delivery of the project deliverables and milestones.
- Providing overall leadership to consultant and / or customer teams to ensure that project completion is within budget, on schedule, and has met or exceeded customer expectations.
- Utilizing project management methodologies to effectively plan, monitor and control the project.
- Providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities.
Devise and develop the Company Implementation Manual.
Share in business development, conduct customer demonstrations, respond for RFP’s and prepare offers.
Supervise quality control, system documentation and software process improvement.
Supervise the implementation process in the company’s various local and off-shore projects including: National Heart Institute, Al Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Al Salama Hospital … etc.
Guide the implementation team so as to ensure the efficiency and professionalism of the implementation procedures as well as the contentment of the customer.
Assist in the improvement and enhancement of the company product according to the health care standards.
- Responsible for the stability of the whole system applications and databases in four sites (Main Hospital & 3 remote clinics).
- Build and Administrate Oracle databases across all environments and applications and ensure the high performance and reliability of database applications, using specialist tools and/or site-written procedures.
- Build, Monitor and enhance the Oracle Replication technique in all sites.
- Maintain suitable disaster recovery procedures and Data Warehousing strategic and structured planning.
- Introduce the facility of using the Identification Cards (Embossing, Thermal, Images, Bar Coding, Magnetic Bars and the Addressograph Machines).
- Introduce the label printing and the Bar Code writing and reading into different Application Modules and related interface techniques.
- Responsible for the following system application tasks in all the Medical and Financial Modules:
* Business Process Analysis
* Designing suitable solution.
* Gathering the Data according to the data modelling.
* Theoretical documentation of Algorithms and flowcharts.
* Coding and Programming.
* Data Migration.
* Functional testing.
* Presentation and Demonstration.

- Assessment of project needs and requirements with regard to the Commodity Procurement Program, which is responsible for the procurement and distribution of equipment, furniture, supplies and tools to support activities with the MOHP at the central, governorate and district levels, and to meet community and NGO needs.
- Development, testing and installation of a Bilingual Commodity Procurement Database for the tracking of the items purchased either locally or off-shore, the amount of money spent from the budget of the commodity Procurement Program, and the distribution of commodities among the different target facilities.
- Generation of Arabic/English reports to track procurement, distribution (on governorate, district, facility and item levels and inventory of warehouses) both in Cairo and the Field Offices.
- Responsible for the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of all software application before migration to production system.
- Evaluating the reliability and the harmony of deferent application.
- Analyze the main software package BSCS upon my experience in the telecommunication business
- Training to the end-users on the new software releases.
- Fetching the software technical obstacles and/or new requests.
- Enhancing the performance and the accuracy of the billing system.
- Creating and developing new ideas that enhances the service and bring the business up to lead the market.
- Identify and implement any corrective workaround to prevent production service failure or degradation of service.
- Participate in the Analysis, design and coding of all modules of Hospital Management Information System (HMIS); which compromises comprehensive management systems for all hospital departments.

- The ultimate responsibility includes the study and analysis of the latest international health standards such as International Classification of Diseases (ICD-Version 9), Drug Related Groups (DRG) & Health Standards (HL-Version 7).
Assessment & identification of the Middle East requirements and needs so as to modify and adapt HMIS in a way that both complies with the Middle East Market demands and keeps pace with the international standards and latest technology.
- The main task was the conversion from the manual system to a full-computerized system through phases of hardware and software.
- Supervise and share in network, software and hardware installations.
- Implement the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) packages.
- Responsible for accounting the Hardware and Software for implementation of the systems and ensure the continuous communication, coordination and interaction among As-Salam International Hospital (AIH), Data Management System (DMS) and International Business Machine (IBM) to ensure the achievement of all promised targets and sought goals.
