• Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders (program managers, Principal investigators) as well as external partners (European Union, STDF, and ASRT) through regular communication channels.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets; identify potential risks or issues; develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on financial management related to contracts/grants including budget development/monitoring/reporting; ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations or policies related to contracts/grants; communicate changes effectively to staff members; update internal policies/procedures accordingly.
• Monitor all procurement processes and guarantee their compliance with The British University in Egypt / Grants' procurement polices rules and regulations.
• Developing and assisting the director to broaden the scope of the center’s offerings, transforming it to be a hub for mechanical engineering courses and consultation services.
• Promoting the training programs and the center services via various social media platforms.
• Establishing the KPIs to monitor the ROI of the social media campaigns to ensure that the campaign achieves its objective and attain profitability.
• In charge of overseeing all activities pertaining to research projects financed by the European union and the scientific and technology developments fund (STDF)
• Observing and recording the operational and financial aspects of every project.
• Establishing robust relationships with funding parties and project partners is crucial to ensure effective communication channels and problem -solving.
• Assisting in hiring procedures for researchers and technicians according to each project budget.
• Conferences and Events organizer inside and outside the Campus.
- Developing the center from Research center to be Mechanical Engineering consulting agency and Mechanical engineering educational center.
- Responsible for marketing the center in social media channels to attain the center objectives and goals.
- Responsible on 9 research projects in The British university in Egypt funded by the European union and Science and Technology Development fund.
- Building a strong relationship with the Research, Development & Innovation Programme (RDI), Science and Technology Development fund (STDF) and the partners of each project.
- Reporting to the director of the center and Vice President for Research & Postgraduates
Studies.
