• Global Standards country lead - Banking - GB&M:
Reporting Line: Regional lead of Global standards.
- Represents GB&M’s interests and ensure delivery of Global standards requirements.
- Ensure country’s GB&M solutions meet financial crime compliance requirements and are aligned regionally.
- Implement GB&M Global standards government and control framework at country level.
- Ensure appropriate GB&M Global standards resourcing in-country.
- All deployment activities decisions, escalations.
• Business management manager - Banking - GB&M:
Reporting Line: Head of GB&M Business management
- All Central Bank weekly & Monthly reporting.
- Reports and MIs related to performance and risk.
- Ensure the adherence of FATCA requirements.
- Management of several in-flight projects related to Global banking such as KYC & Cleanups.
- Business risk and control management and the mitigation of operational risks.
Assume responsibility for ensuring that assigned projects are developed and implemented according to Group and department standards.
Manage all phases of project development and implementation by ensuring that business deliverables are completely satisfied, on time and within budget.
Provide professional coordination in the execution of day-to-day program/project activities as appropriate to program objectives and area of expertise.
Produce reports on assigned deliverables to keep management apprised of project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievements or misses.
Analyze problems in terms of process and/or functionality; generate data and apply analytical and quantitative techniques to formulate, describe, communicate and coordinate implementation of recommended solutions.
Handling Multi tasks in Network support center (Centralized operations for HSBC Bank Egypt) Including the following:
• Preparing statistics and MI reports related to operations and network service center and the improvement of the processes for Loans processing department/Payments department/account services department. Including the following:
1- Loans Portfolio Analysis.
2- Turnaround time for processing different applications.
3- Root cause analysis.
4- Customer segmentation
• Retail Credit Specialist, HSBC Bank Egypt
1- Checking Loans and overdrafts documents against criteria.
2 - Processing personal loans, Overdraft facilities
3- Handling settlements, facility cancellations and other customer requests
4- All System Cleanup processes related to Loans and overdraft facilitates.
5- Handling the processing of Provisions, write off, restructure of Loans.
