• Handling JULPHAR Co’s portfolio as a solo agent distributor with Planet pharmacies in UAE
• Collaborate with the General Manager -Wholesale to develop and implement the wholesale sales budget and an effective sales strategy.
• Communicate the sales strategy and weekly targets to the Julphar and General Items sales team
• Review and analyze weekly sales reports to assess sales activity and ensure quality and quantity of sales meets business targets
• Managing the wholesale department allover UAE with 15 sales reps/ 2 sales Supervisors
• Meet regularly with key clients agencies and partners to strengthen relationship
• Build the business profiles acquires feedback and promptly address grievances.
• Frequently monitor the outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection. In case of overdue receivables work with Finance Manager and GM-Wholesale to devise strategies to fast track collections or take legal action.
• Setting plans and allocating manpower and resources within the overall company strategy.
• Hiring qualified and talented calibers to cover assigned areas.
• Leading and motivating team directly and indirectly, financially and non-financially, through creating enthusiasm, team Spirit and trust in company, management and products in order to achieve targets.

•Implemented the launching of new skincare brand (Aroma Argan oil) allover UAE market and GCC Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
