• Manage client requirement mapping, proposals, and post-contract planning and execution of projects through successful closure.

• Monitor & control the production of coordinated drawings, contractor submissions, and shop drawings in compliance with the
given specifications & applicable standards.
• Attend Client & Technical Meetings, Raise RFIs, Review EIs, and manage BIM coordination.
• Review / approve all Architectural & ID Shop Drawings / Builders work drawings / Material Approvals / RFIs for all Architectural
work as well issue LCIs for the design changes on the Project.
• Assist Planning, Procurement, and Material teams; and liaise with site team on priorities/problems on the day to day activities.
• Supervise overall construction activities to ensure project Quality standards, progress, optimum utilization of workforce/resources/
equipment, and maximization of project productivity & operational efficiency to achieve goals and milestones at all stages.
Design Manager of a project Located at Al Wakra District, the project has a total plot area of 1, 149, 169.00 square meters with a total built-up area of 1, 038, 488.53 square meters aimed at
building an Integrated families Housing with amenities to provide a decent conducive living for its residents.
PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
• Extensive experience in design, engineering, technical documentation, and production/review/approval of coordinated drawings of Architectural /Finishing/ Interior works residential, commercial, and institutional buildings as well as water features.
• Proven ability to manage architectural construction engineering and execution works in close coordination with other disciplines like Civil, Structural MEP, Infrastructure, Public Health, etc. while adhering to sustainability, quality and delivery norms.
• Deft at coordinating design development with internal & external designers, reviewing adequacy & intent of design against project requirements, and managing technical office team in detailing and drafting of coordinated construction drawings.
• Experienced in reviewing, commenting & approval of technical submittals, replying queries of contractors /subcontractors, managing constructability issues at site, and resolving coordination issues, etc., at the construction life cycle stages.
• User proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, BIM (Revit), Photoshop, 3D Max, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Technically proficient in supporting project management team in all planning & execution functions w.r.t. architectural deliverables.
• Collaborative team player with proven leadership aptitude; excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills; innovative and solutions-oriented approach to challenges having passion & drive for excellence.
