• The contracted scope includes complete supervision for all construction stages and the ID / fit-out packages leading to the delivery of fully furnished and operational hotel/apartments development.
• Responsible for overall technical and engineering Management of the Envelope Package include Facade Curtain Wall, Stone Cladding, GFRC cladding, BMU.
• Responsible for overall technical and engineering Management of the hotel front of house (lobbies, Restaurant, retail shops etc.….) include the external buildings such as Restaurant, external food court. Beach Bar etc.….
• Responsible for ensuring Contractor’s compliance with the design intent along with the contractual obligation.
• Overall technical and engineering Management of the project in all different stages.
• Responsible for review, technical support, expediting and coordination of the architectural design works, in accordance with schedules, and international and local design standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the architect’s designers carry out the necessary design coordination with other design disciplines and other design teams.
• Management of contractor submittals, including shop drawings, samples, test reports, etc. Follow for timely approval of submittals.
• Provide technical input in the evaluation of changes to scope.
• Implement site quality assurance programme

• Monitor progress of construction activities against the programme.
• Overall technical and engineering Management of the projects in all different stages.
• Responsible for review, technical support, expediting and coordination of the architectural design works, in accordance with schedules, and international and local design standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the architect’s designers carry out the necessary design coordination with other design disciplines and other design teams.
• Participate in value engineering, constructability studies and analysis.
• Oversee implementation of quality assurance program, architectural and interior design interfacing, and checks on completeness of construction projects.
• Conduct detailed review of tender documentation for each set of tender documents for completeness.
• Management of contractor submittals, including shop drawings, samples, test reports, etc. Follow for timely approval of submittals.
• Provide technical input in the evaluation of changes to scope.
• Leading specific workshops targeted at clearing RFIs / Technical issues / Site conditions preventing Contractor Progress at site.

• Responsible for all kind of projects coordination required.
• Overall technical and engineering Management of the projects in all different stages from construction to final handing over to the client.
• Coordination with the projects consultants and clients representive.
• Managing material approval and procurement.
• Managing subcontractors from tendering process till execution and handing over on site.
• Managing site productivity and quality with assistance of the construction team and QA/QC team.
• Monitor production, review, coordination of shop drawings ensuring compliance with schedule, designs and specifications.
• Monitor and planing of as built drawings.
• Participate in the preparation of the Logistics and craneage plans.
• Participate in the preparation of construction methodology.
• Attending and witness of project performance test (curtain wall façade).

• Responsible for all kind of projects coordination required.

• Coordination with the projects consultants and clients representive.
• Monitor production, review, coordination of shop drawings ensuring compliance with schedule, designs and specifications.

• Regulary visit the site to solve construction clashes
• Managing subcontractors.
• Responsible for some finishing packages such as Aliminum work for the façade and internel glazing (Alico), Precast panels (Conc. & GRC) for the façade (Gulf Precast), External Landscape
• Conducting scheduled and sudden factory visits for the sub-contractors factories to follow up
Material procurement, Fabrication, Casting of GRC and Pre-Cast panels to make sure they are on target within time schedule.
