+19 years’ experience in Architectural design and engineering consultancy industry, working for almost all types of projects; Hotel & luxury resorts, residential, retail malls, public service projects, landmark mosques, hospital, industrial facilities, and high-rise mix-use developments.
Incorporating strong architectural and planning skills in addition to a strong professional and technical experience gained from interacting with construction stages has sharpen my skills to positively enhance the design process from concept stage to final tender documentation .
Technical Reviewer/ Lead Verifier who verifies that the solution provided in the deliverable meets contractual requirements and professional standards of care. Also verifies that the quality reviews have been completed and the comments have been addressed appropriately.
-Extensive skills in contract phases with good understanding of planning, architectural design, engineering services /systems and projects management.
-Can organize teams and possess extensive and successful proven track record in team leadership and a diverse community .
-Experience in implementing and managing teams for more than one projects in integral and efficient ways, with utilizing BIM360 platform and other communication and project management platforms like Aconex, conjectPm and viewpoint .
