Arish Power Plant 2x 125 MW simple cycle relocated
units from Damietta plant to Arish plant.
•Dabaa Nuclear Power plant 4×1, 200 MW Nuclear power plant.
•Manage Mechanical engineering team activities in designing Arish Power
Plant mechanical systems and performance test team lead.
•Manage and support in preparing different equipment design in Pioneer
base in Dabaa Nuclear Power plant.
•Participated in technical proposals preparation for many projects in MENA
region, and Support tendering team in attending client meetings with
engineering and technical estimation for the new projects industrial and
power sectors and renewables (PV solar power).
•Developing and implementing an engineering discipline group equipped
with up-to-date engineering and management tools including (Tanks- Heat
Exchanger- Pumps- Turbine- BOP accessories), technical and managerial
capability, and operating procedures to execute major and minor projects
and consulting services successfully and efficiently.
•Working with project personnel to build and maintain satisfactory client
relations.

with partners to ensure Bombardier interface requirements are understood

delivery of signaling and control system scopes.

- South Helwan Supercritical Power Plant 3X650 MW Gas-Oil fired thermal power plant (April 2014 to Present)
• Responsible Engineer for Steam Turbine Generator (3X650MW) Contract package (CP-106) \[Mitsubishi Hitachi Power System (MHPS)\].
• Specify, evaluate and review the design of the steam turbine generators (CP-106) equipment and auxiliaries including reviewing the contractor detail design for implementing the contract requirements.
• Responsible Engineer for Feedwater heaters and Deaerator Purchase Order (PO-110) \[BHI\].
• Specify, evaluate and review the design of the feedwater heaters & Deaerators (PO-110) including reviewing the contractor detail design for implementing the contract requirements.
• Responsible Engineer for designing the critical systems such Main Steam system, Extraction Steam System, Feedwater Heater Draining System, Extraction steam for the Boiler Feedwater Pump Turbines (BFPT) including preparing the P&IDs of each system for South Helwan project.
• Follow up and coordinate between contractors to implement the contract requirements.
• Detailed design and reviewing of the feedwater system, closed cooling system, condensate water system, auxiliary steam system and Reboiler system (heating of the Mazout oil) for South Helwan Supercritical power plant including the following tasks:
 Equipment sizing calculations.
 Piping sizing and materials selection.
 Pumps sizing and materials selection.
 Developing piping and instrumentation diagrams.
 Following the design guides and Codes & standards for design.
- Suez Power Plant 650 MW Gas-Oil fired thermal power plant (February 2011 to April 2014)
• Responsible Engineer for Pumps and Drives purchase order package (PO-109) \[HITACHI pumps\].
• Specify, evaluate and review the design of the feedwater system including the condensate pump, circulating water pumps, boiler feedwater pump, startup/standby pumps, Boiler feedwater turbine drive and closed cooling water pumps that is related to PO-109 purchase order for Suez Thermal Power plant.
• Follow up and coordinate between contractors to implement the contract requirements.
• Detailed design of the feedwater system, closed cooling system, auxiliary steam system, and main steam system of Suez thermal power plant including the following tasks:
 Equipment sizing calculations.
 Piping sizing and materials selection.
 Pumps sizing and materials selection.
 Developing piping and instrumentation diagrams.
 Following the design guides and Codes & standards for design.
• Responsible Engineer for the mechanical systems and mechanical equipment in Civil contract package (CP-102) \[Arab Contractors\] including the detail design of the potable water system, Sanitary water system and HVAC system.
• Specify, evaluate and review the design of potable water system, sanitary water system and HVAC that is related to CP-102 Civil Contract package for Suez Thermal Power plant.
• Follow up and coordinate between contractors to implement the contract requirements.
