- Key member and administrator for compensation and benefits group (CBG) which is responsible for providing consultation and services to the company line managers/directors regarding compensation and benefits policies and pay practices. Also conducting the reward policies reviews and implementation.

- Responsible for the company salary scale reviews & updates, advice on salary range for new employees’ packages and proposed salary increments.

- Responsible for company participation in any market researches and surveys to establish pay practices, pay ranges & benefits benchmarked within the same business sector through Towers Watson, Hay Group, Mercer and ECA.

- Handling all employees’ benefits packages, advice on benefits plans improvement with reference to the business sector market trends.

- (from Oct-2007 to Sep-2009) Responsible for the monthly payroll activities using the Oracle HRMS 11g application for Egypt offices.

- (from Oct-2009 until now) Supervise the monthly payroll activities using the Oracle HRMS R12 application for ITS offices located in Egypt. Also responsible for testing Oracle HRMS updates and advice the Oracle implementation team on the required system updates.

- (Nov & Dec 2013) undertake all HR activities in ITS Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Oman offices under minimal supervision.

- Responsible for the End of Service and quarterly incentives revision for the Group. (All operation offices: Kuwait, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt).

- Act as a focal point for employee issues related to compensation and benefits.

- Identify, analyze and assist in solving HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.

Supervise all the social insurance activities for Egypt (reconciliation, monthly payments, register new employees, end the insurance for the resigned employees) and emergency aid box payments.

- Organize the company social activities (company events - sports tournaments).

- Responsible for controlling the company entertainment budget.
- Any other tasks assigned by HR Managers or directors related to compensation and benefits area.
