I joined this position in parallel with my high school study to get involved in working environment in order to utilize my skills and develop new skills and prepare for the future.
My role is to manage the café by the following duties:-
Manage collections
Support and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Respond to support requests raised from customers
Install new software, hardware upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
Monitor antivirus and software updates
