- Team Management: Ensure the Project Team adheres to the high standards of Health and Safety management required by Aramco.
- Plans the projects to identify the emerging capacity needs and design responses to those needs to ensure program sustainability.
- Sets and supervise the project plan and coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure meeting time, cost and resources limitations.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures.
- Allocates the program’s budget in line with the defined scope to achieve objectives.
- Coordinates with external and internal parties to communicate the programs scope and budget to ensure clarity of objectives.
- Project Delivery: Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of projects to the required quality, schedule and budget.
- Responsible for a project team of multi-skilled employees, including maintaining the project Safety Plan responsibilities within the team. Including overall responsibility for the project Quality Management System and auditing thereof.
- Growing professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with project manager to prepare for project review meetings.
- Meeting and collaborating with management to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems.
- Performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.
- Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures.
HR assistant:
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Supporting employees with training and development activities.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Business (Assist the General Manager):
- Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities .
- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
Marketing:
- Develop marketing strategies for projects.
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of cathodic protection system for plant piping, underground and above ground tanks.
- Monitoring and maintenance of cathodic systems for cross country pipelines.
- Testing, commissioning and maintenance of cathodic protection transformer rectifier Unit.
-Ensures that workers make use of necessary protective equipment.
-Managing and instructing the site workers.
-Assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace.
-Serves as a link between workers and top management.
-Oversaw the production process and managed the production schedule.
-Prepared and maintained production reports and personnel records.
-Made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality.
