 Inspecting manufactured parts using different tools, measuring systems and statistical techniques.
 Responsible for a measuring laboratory, reverse engineering, and modeling of different machines.
 Innovating new machine concepts and developing old machines.
 Prepare related articles for publications, presentations and reports.

 Design projects using Autodesk Mechanical according to DIN, ISO Standard.
 Analyze of forces and moments acting on components and determining the deformation and safety factor using ANSYS Work Bench.
 Construct 3D model for different products and systems.
 Perform simulation for different mechanisms to study motion and avoid possible interference between parts.
 Build BOM (Bill of Materials) to manage and organize manufacturing operations and determine cost analysis.
 Export working drawings and layouts for each job.
 Assign processing steps and manufacturing operations of different parts and assemblies.
 Supervise of product processing operations through different workshops and factories.
 Measure dimensions of products and applications from fields and work locations using different measuring tools.
