• Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy
• Manage and oversee the coordination of all elements of the order fulfillment process, from purchasing to shipping of goods.

• Lead a professionals sales team, direct the team's focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities.
• Represent the company overall business strategies and work to implement and effect change in the daily work environment.
• Meet financial targets P&L for the company and to ensure company value growth.
• Responsible to work with different business development functions to establish strategies for future growth of company business.
• Develop annual business plans and monitor through quarterly reviews.
• Manage the day to day operations with the managers to ensure the operation is running efficiently.
• Directs department activities including budget plans and other reports.
• Ensure production plans are executed on time and on budget.
• Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

• Developer in the Export Expansion Project (Signed contracts with six new countries).
• Prepared CTD files for five products directed to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and West Africa.
• Prepared a five years export plan (Plan approved).
• New products and new company evaluation for acquisition (Generated reports).
• CE Project (Registered three CE products).
• Work with procurement managers and buyers to select suppliers for raw materials and Plan the best way to get them locally or overseas.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders and manage contracts.
• Track shipments and stock levels using computer software.
• Work with retailers to make sure they receive their goods on time and in the right condition.
• Monitor overall performance to make sure targets are being met.
• Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of supply chain staff.
• Develop material cost forecasts or standard cost lists.
• Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
• Manage inventory levels for API’s, inactive raw materials, packaging materials and products, coordinating efforts with purchasing, production, warehouse and sales unit.
• Maintain the appropriate stocking and manufacturing strategy for all products taking into account production lead-times and material transit time.
• Coordinate production schedules, forecasts, material requirements, management of finished goods and distribution plans.
• Update material status information to management through weekly reports.
• Plan and process purchase orders for over 340 materials.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials through ERP system.
