• Hands-on work in the domains that the IT Operations team at CHG is responsible for - e.g. maintenance of existing infrastructure (computer, storage, network and applications), implementing and exploring new technologies to help us scale, BAU and support.
• Supporting CHG business operations including managing the IT Service Desk.
• Devising and owning the roadmap and long-term vision for the team - including resourcing to match our growth ambitions, tactical strategy in terms of how the team operates and defining the culture of IT Operations at CHG.
• Hiring, career management, growth, of the IT Operations team members in both their craft and professional development.
• Manage the IT Operations vendors to ensure delivery to agreed terms and performance.
• Evaluate information general computing controls and provide value added feedback.
• Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery.
• Provide Business and IT management with guidance on IT risk management matters, particularly on application and infrastructure security.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the IT Risk Assessment at the Group Level.
• Conduct audits or lead audit teams in performance of IT audits and reviews of systems, applications and IT processes. Prepare and report results to executives and Audit Committees.
Develop, build & implement tools to analyze data to improve audit efficiency.
• Evaluate information general computing controls and provide value added feedback.
• Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery
Design, Implement and operate Avaya telecommunication system across the group inside KSA and Egypt.
Responsible for fulfill Call Center requirements.
Provide last line of support in Andalusia networking, security issues and All Avaya applications like CM, SM, SMGR, AES, WFO , CMS, EMC and so on..
Manage day to day operations and maintenance of Avaya voice systems.
Implement and integrate Avaya with Elastix as open source PBX and Ms Lync.
Design, Implement and operate Zoom Video Conference solutions across the group inside KSA and Egypt.
Carry out internal training for IT staff to transfer expert knowledge in networking and security fields
Validate and Ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the Company.
Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and / or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications, ERP system.
Development and implementation of new systems.
Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT services to defined Service Level Agreements.
Responsible for the IT Budget of 100, 000 USD annul.

Configure and managing Andalusia Network Data-center Devices (Router 2801, ASA Firewall 5510, L3 Switch 3560, Cisco L2 SWs ).
Deploying and managing VPN connection between Data-center and Saudi Branches.
Participate in Deploying and managing Microsoft products like( AD, Exchange 2007 and 2013, Sharepoint 2010, Dynamic CRM 2016.
Deploying and managing VMware EXI 5.5, 6, 7 and VC, Zero client using VMware horizon 6.
Managing for Alcatel Central (OminiVista).
Starting initial Knowledge in Avaya Aura Enterprise solution.
Participate in IT projects such as Nurse Call system, Digital Signage, IPTV, CCTV, GPS Tracking, RFID and sound system
Install new hardware, OS systems, Antivirus, Cisco Devices And so on..
