Accurately ensuring alignment, integration and modification of HR initiatives to increase organization capability for meeting business goals. Formulating process and recommending HR policies and objectives to establish a positive employee relationship and support a high level of employee morale and motivation. Represent as a bridge between the organization and the employee as I am Responsible for all constructions divisions activities ( Eleven construction companies include 12000 employees ) include company facilities and work process between all companies admins & central admin office.
Responsible for preparing monthly salaries for more than 12000 employees at KSA, Dubai, Qatar, Egypt and India on SAP.
Responsible for updating all employee vacations in addition lock and unlock salary cards, Further issuing of exit reentry visas.
Responsible for Bank Accounts for all constructions divisions ( staff - non staff ) opening and updating accounts for salaries transfer . in additional employees personnel loans.
Responsible for updating housing and transportation allowance Moreover, reimbursement for air tickets
Responsible for following Iqamas process for all constructions divisions ( issue - renew - correction - lost or damage iqamas ) and work permit renewal .
Responsible for following issue final exit for all constructions divisions till their traveling outside kingdom .
Responsible for Process clearances, end of service forms, final settlements and attendance exemptions for all constructions divisions between all employees & central admin office .
Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations,
benefits, and training and development.
Acting as manager for Employee Relations department *
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Preparing & handling Personnel issues (Work contracts according to labor law, Social insurance, hiring and termination processes according to labor & Social insurance law).
Handling all related issues to social insurance & Labor Office authorities. Establish and maintain all personal files & records.
Responsible for processing all medical card applications and follow up with employee queries on same.
Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
Training in Payroll system to Perform daily payroll department operations .
Preparing & handling & printing employee ID.
Coordinating work procedures between Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Benefits and Budget.
Acting as liaison between Human Resources and other offices such as Finance, Employee Relations and Information Services .
Processing annual salary increases and bonuses.
Working on procedures of ISO (9001:2008 & 14001:2004) & OHSAS 18001:2007 & (Stress Management Course).
Performing other duties as assigned.
