Manage data Entry team and coordinators to analyze and produce regular reports for daily transport operations, and ensure quality and accuracy of reports prior to distribution to match them with KPIs rates.
Supervise transportation staff (Dispatch and distribution) and outsourced service providers.
Stock Management control, review all locations (More than 60 CSO) stock to push or pull orders accordingly taking into consideration capacity, minimum and maximum order and the lead time for each order to ensure stock availability and avoid shortage.

• Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support supply/demand planning and operations.
Understand assigned customers’ expectations on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), such as Weeks of Supply (WOS), Store In-Stocks and Store Out-of-Stocks. Analyze results and recommend actions to improve.

Innovation Management: ensure on time in full launching of all new events & Innovation with right volumes.
Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities to assess receiving shipments and close all pending transactions.
Coordinate, reorganize schedules upon stock level & managing distribution over 60 branches to consolidate loads, maximize vehicle usage, or limit the movement.
Auditing inventory records (Periodic & cyclic).
Recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics processes.
Following with Vendors (Aramex & Fed ex) to ensure Sla agreement.
Tracking products to make sure they arrive at their destination.
Identifying & analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
Prepare plans for the logistics workflow on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Revising commercial invoices.
Managing team tasks and evaluation.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
