- Operations activities in China, located and resides in Beijing as head office, travelling to our
API (Active Pharmaceutical ingredients) manufacturing sites in China on a regular basis to supervise performance, align on strategy and initiate improvements. Under operations umbrella; Manufacturing, R&D, Demand supply chain, Regulatory and compliance, Safety, health and Environment.
- linking pin between the Business group DSM Sinochem pharmaceutical and the rest of business groups of DSM in China to align on shared goals, exchange information and develop / implement China growth strategy. In this role I am the member of DSM China Regional operations management team where all peers holding the same position from various DSM business groups are meeting quarterly.

Operations continuous improvement programs development and implementation.
Project management champion to develop competence of projects management in the business group globally.
Global project management for various projects of continuous improvements; efficiency improvements and global sustainability initiatives.
Business Group Capital expenditure Champion to ensure that those projects planned to be executed will add value to business, within budget and time boundaries and delivering as promised in business case. Monitoring overall global capex budget.
