Responsibilities.
Responsible of Production and Material Planning.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Daily review for Production Rate to insure that will achieve our Plan and Customer Requirements.
- Follow up the Actual Production Rate Vs Planned and making Corrective Actions when it is needed.
- Manage the New Projects of new Customer Requirements.
- Prepare and Making S&OP Meeting.
- Collecting Orders from ERP System to Prepare MPS, after review the available Stock.
- Insure that our Lines Capacity is fully utilized.
- Make MRP Grid.
- Follow up the Raw Materials and Packing Materials Level.
- Insure the Raw Materials and Packing Materials Level meet the MPS Requirement.
- Create MRs, Transactions and Transfers.
- Put Estimation Date to Delivery Orders to meet the Customer Requirements.
- Follow up the Sales Orders at ERP and making Confirmation on the System.
- Prepare Monthly Production Vs Sales reports.
- Prepare Quarterly and Annual Forecast.
- Operation Supply Chain and Overseeing production processes.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Prepare and submit status, performance and Variance reports (S&OP, OEE ….).
- Making Forecast, and Monitoring of Minimum Stock from Strategic Products.
- Mentoring the Stock Balance of Products and Materials at Warehouse.
Achievements
-Standardize some of SKUs for some Customers which increased the Shrinking Machine Rate.
-Eliminate on Re-Packing Process as a Re-Work Process.
-Increase Sales Opportunities by establishing the loading Plan System and monitoring the Loadings of Sales.
-Saving Money due to reduce Re-Packing Process as additional Process after Production.
-Reducing the Cost of Job Changes by using Routing System.
-Making Safety Sock for one Month from Generic Products.
