• Conduct Market analysis for the major PMCs, EPCs in Kuwait and the Current Projects.
• Conduct visits to the MEW’s power stations to understand upcoming needs of each power station and work on supplying it.
• Working closely with the power station’s mechanical and instrumental maintenance contractors to support them on their constant needs and supply the items according to their needs.
• Following up with more than 90 EPC in the Oil and Gas field to cover all the current projects.
• Conduct meetings with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, EQUATE, and JV to introduce new products.
• Conducting field market research on promising projects.
• Conducting sales visits and technical advisory for clients.
• Working with the client to decide on the most suitable equipment from our range of products.
• Managing and following up the delivery of the equipment to the client and all needed process including third party inspection management.
• Studying and analyzing the Kuwaiti market needs and communicate with potential manufacturers to introduce a new product that fits Kuwait's needs.
• Following up governmental tenders, RFQs, and Pre-Qualification updates on various portals.
•Conduct Market analysis to understand more about the challenges and opportunities in the market.
•Implementing cold calling and emailing to create leads.
•Using B2B methods to generate leads and explore opportunities.
•Conduct meetings with current clients and future ones to understand how we can start or increase collaboration.
•Help and train new sales team members to be able to perform in the shortest possible period.
•Generating average of annual sales of 15M EGP in a hostile environment and poor economical situation as in Egypt.
•Following up governmental and private sector’s tenders and insure our participation..
• Manage and control all site equipment “heavy and light equipment) to ensure the continuity of the work flow for all working teams.
• Planning and executing all the purchasing orders need per priority.
• Coordinate with Owner company for the logistics from their companies as; Tower cranes, Trucks etc,
• Managing all site permits.
• Plan and execute logistics plan on weekly base.
• Plan and execute shipment offloading process with all its logistical needs ‘ heavy equipment, storage space, tools and labour’.
• Ensuring overall growth in operation (30 % growth is achieved).
• Ensure tracking all local offices in Bulgaria and assessing their productivity to ensure supplying needed help on time to grow the operations.
• Ensure alignment with finance, HR, Finance and Marketing to achieve the maximum possible growth.
• Evaluate operation flow and apply customization with what benefits the organization.
• Ensure training and education for all national and local operation teams
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
• Train customers' employees to operate and maintain new equipment.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and explain product features.
• Getting involved in the planning process for the projects.
• Create a supply chain plan.
• Conduct market researches.
• Ensure the coordination on and off site between all teams.
• Ensure fast smooth distribution of working material.
• Organizing the Truck fleet on weekly base, and insuring the coverage of all working area.
