As Maintenance Engineer manager with an experience in production engineering including mechanical Design, So that, I can consider and resolve any issues that are operational, environmental, or ecological.
Maintenance Manager handling various machinery and utilities like Pipe Handling Equipment / Rotators / Conveyors and Extruders.
Responsible to direct and manage the maintenance services to Operations in the Manufacturing Plant to constantly ensure the technical and operational integrity and safety of production and to minimize down times in the facilities.
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the plant and management of the environmental aspects, Health & Safety aspects associated with the operations.
Responsible for the maintaining assets list and updating & implementation of ERP system for the maintenance department.
Accountable to manage the budgets, tools and human resources of the Department to achieve the objectives in an effective and cost-conscious manner
Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives.
Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
Identifying areas of improvement.
Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
Overseeing the implementation of new business processes.
Managing improvement teams and external contractors.
Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
Updating process and procedure policies.
Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.
Stating up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives. My career path is very diverse. I have experience in production & maintenance, academic teaching, and integrated management and finally piping design and stress analysis with maintenance. The focus of my career is in design and optimization. I am a strong believer that professional success has to be empowered with proper education. In addition to mechanical engineering, I’ve studied piping engineering, supply chain, and logistics. My objective is to expand my knowledge and experience in design and optimization through education and working experience to be able to tackle the most challenging problems in modem industry and hopefully make revolutionary achievements that impact the world.
