2. Project Configuration: managed the energy optimization study with the technical consultant for the optimum project configuration targeting minimum Levelized Cost of Ammonia

• Supervised the development of the project Pre-Feed
• Implement innovative solution for handling ammonia during early production aiming minimize capex by 20%
• Determine the integration requirements and consideration of both Renewable energy sources and ammonia plant.

The Project Scope extended to include downstream derivatives of polyethylene, polypropylene, ethyl benzene and styrene monomer production plant.
 Implement robust development plans for projects, with appropriate change control processes to ensure timely and successfully completion of each project.
 Perform assessment of business opportunities and alternatives of different component of the petrochemical cluster to promote the overall project feasibility.
 Manage, liaise and direct different projects’ EPCs activities to ensure that project Lenders requirements are met for securing project’s funding.
 Engage with key partners such as the EPC Contractors, Lenders advisors, main project vendors to optimize project configuration in terms of Cpex., Opex, reliability and availability.
 Negotiate, review and approve project contract schedules for the EPC Contractors (Linde, TCM, Bechtel and Archirodon) to ensure that the project needs are satisfied and Lenders requirements are met.
 Support the development, with colleagues, of the project contracts.
 Negotiate with stakeholders such as communities, governmental authorities, lenders to secure the necessary inputs to the project.
 Provide technical support for project review, Due diligences and associated inquiries from project’s Lenders (USEXIM, UKF & OPIC).

 Identify the legalizations and regulation required for handling such wastes.

 Explore other possible solution for waste management through Waste to Energy solution as a value engineering solution.
 Train and manage joiner and intermediate technical staff resources.
 Support Project registration and permitting process with Governmental Authorities.
 Contribute to the Development of naphtha cracker, Polyethylene plant and project OSBL scope including power plant (GE technology), wastewater treatment and other utilities and offsite.
 Calculating working capital budgeting and forecasting, including assessment of costs, time schedule and operational requirements.
 Review basic engineering for process units, overall conceptual design, mass & heat balance, power & steam balances, loading liquid products process description, scope of work and PFDs.
