Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in all patients, including paperwork for patients to fill out, scanning insurance cards, entering all demographic information into the electronic health record, answering patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies and working closely with physicians and staff.
- Performing basic online tasks to evaluate the quality and relevance of internet-based search results, ads and web page content.
- Ensuring that people around the world are presented the most effective and relevant data possible when searching for information on the internet.

Responsible for supplying refund vouchers, completing return or exchange requests, helping customers on how to install loyalty mobile application, answering phone calls and handling customers problems
