The company is a Law Firm . Reporting to the legal
director and CEO. I manage public relations, legal
assistance, customer communication and legal
translation.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop public relations campaigns and media relations strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing) and maintain open contact with senior management.
• Edit and update promotional materials and brochures (brochures, videos, social media, publications, etc.).
• Preparation and distribution of press releases.
• Organize public relations events (such as open days and press conferences) and act as spokesperson for the company.
• Find opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and advertising.
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
• Prepare and submit public relations reports.
• Management of public relations issues.
• Direct communication with the company's customers and solve their inquiries.
• Translate the legal documents from English to Arabic.
• Setting the office work strategy in coordination with senior management.
• Distribution of daily and weekly work tasks.
• Follow up and reply all means of communication with government agencies and emails.

Main Achievements:
• I have developed a new business strategy for the company and it has been approved by the chairman and started working.
• Developed a communication system with different parties inside and outside the office and design a file for each client.
• Coordinate office cases files properly and this ensures easy access to timely information.
• Improved the reputation of the office and the delivery of a professional image of the office to all parties.
