 Carry out site surveys to see to it that only safe work methods are in operation, the Health & Safety requirement are being observed and that the welfare and first aid facilities are adequately and properly maintained.
 Recommend corrective actions through pro-active job supervision and initiate the stoppage of work if there is an imminent danger and ensure corrective measures by field supervisor prior to the resumption of work.
 Developing and Implementing Project HSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Waste management plan for various scenarios such as fires, spills etc..

Inspect the work site daily report and correct unsafe acts and conditions.
 Conduct accident investigation, analyze and formulate recommendation for corrective and prevention
action.
 Conduct daily surveys of construction operations to ensure compliance with client safety standard and
identify safety defects and initiate corrective measures by responsible supervision.
 Keep up to date with recommended code of safety practices and safety literature disseminates applicable
information to all levels of work force.
 Complete safety surveillance of work activities

• Conducting full investigation of accident/incident, Suggesting suitable control methods to avoid reoccurrence of accident/incident.
• Conducting daily HIP meetings with supervisors to discuss about work related hazards and control methods.
• Participating in daily walkthrough/Site inspection with client to find out unsafe act and unsafe conditions
• Conducting drills, e.g. Heat stress drill, Fire drill, rescue drills etc.
• Conduct review of risk assessment, Implementation of permit to work system.
• Weekly and Monthly meetings with client and PMC.
• Proper document maintenance.

1. Monitor offshore contractor to ensure that project safety, health and environmental requirements are met.

2. Participate in Offshore contractor planning meetings, risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety meetings .

3. Spend the majority of time on the installation vessel to monitor performance of work and to coach and encourage offshore contractor personnel to achieve an acceptable safety, health and environmental performance.

4. Maintain good relationships with offshore contractor management and personnel. Where necessary intervene to stop work where appropriate SHE standards are not met.

5. Ensure timely reporting of incidents and close out of audit actions and incident recommendations.

6. Give safety presentation with the objective to enhance the Health, Safety and Environment awareness of all Employees.

7. Assist in accident investigation, reporting and monitor their follow up in accordance to safety procedure.

8. Ensure that PPE is in use at all times.

9. Risk management at the project .

10. Ensuring all test documentation is in place prior to commencement of works.

11. Daily site inspection and reporting issues in a timely manner.

12. Produce preventative measures for possible incidents at the project.

Develop, monitor and evaluate occupational health, safety and environment plans/programs for the project activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulation, client requirement and international best practices; evaluate, modify and implement alternative methods for achieving desired goals.

Provide technical support in annual audits and periodic evaluation of work environment as per requirement of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001-2000.

Promoting safety awareness among employees. Loss prevention and loss control.

Risk Analysis, Accident Analysis, and control loss of materials & miss handling. Maintaining good house keeping and industrial hygiene, preparing safe working procedure based on safety analysis.

Ensure and document company's compliance with mandatory HSE requirements and bring to management's attention areas of deficiency Develop and implement HSE training and educational programs, safety meeting, workshops etc.

Abide various types of Fire Fighting Equipment and routine testing, Inspection and Annual Testing of Automatic and Manually Sprinklers System, Hydrant, rules of Fire Alarm Call Point, Fire Alarm Control Panel, Suction Hose, Nozzles, Foam Hose Reel, Foam Chamber AFFF, FFFP, Monitor, Fire Water Pump Room, Smoke & Heat Detector etc.

Develop and maintain good working relationship with the client and customers through regular personal contacts.

Ensure that all accidents, fire, loss, theft and damages are reported to superiors immediately and proper procedures are followed. In addition, where appropriate, take remedial action.

Conduct regular tool box meetings or training sessions to enhance QHSE knowledge and awareness among staff members.

Develops as well as implements safety program to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, utilizing knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, chemistry, psychology, and also industrial health safety laws.

Examines plans specifications for new machinery or equipment to define if all safety precautions have been included

Determines amount of weight that can be safely placed on plant floor

Tours plant to inspect fire as well as safety equipment, machinery, and also facilities to identify plus correct potential hazards ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Determines requirements for safety clothing devices, and also designs, builds, and also installs, or directs installation of safety devices on machinery.

Conducts or coordinates safety first aid training to educate workers about safety policies, laws, and also practices.

Investigates industrial accidents to minimize recurrence prepares accident reports.

conduct air quality tests for presence of harmful gases vapors.

Perform all reporting and administrative duties accurately and on time.

Ensure that each and every employee under his responsibility is fully trained as per
the standards laid down.
