Key Project
• Roll out of Etisalat GSM Network base station construction project Phase1/2/3& 4 worth USD 840 Millions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing project needs for rolling out sites for networks, establishing project management strategy, and recommending appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control.
• Monitoring/ directing SAQ, Construction, and implementation activities of the project resources to over come “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost.
• Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reports on project progress and other project specific information, to take curative actions in case of variance.
• Coordinating with construction managers, contractors, sub contractors and SAQ coordinators, observing a policy of open communication to reduce risk significantly.
• Managing site build project from initiation to successful hand over from SAQ to CW then to implementation including preparation for RFS, PAC & FAC and obtaining client signatures.
• Administering internal and external disciplines of acquisition design & build in order to successfully deliver the installation of radio & transmission stations.
• Overseeing and reviewing all documents based on PROPS-C, updating all required documents on Eridoc to ascertain precision and reporting variances to the management.
• Performing effective stakeholder management, resulting in the ability to provide deliverables that meet contractual & functional requirements and enabling delivery of revenue specific milestones as per agreed time lines.
• Monitoring daily system performance reports encompassing design and construction budgets, cost estimates, associated financial reporting including cash flow projections and indicated outcome reports.
Key Project:
• GSM Network roll out project with a budget of AED. 1.5 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversaw the roll out of elements related to acquisition, design & build and quantity survey for project undertaken, prudently managed consultant/ subcontractors and profitability.
• Played a major role in drafting proposal and preparation of 3rd party operator bid's documents &prices.
• Assisted in drafting tenders for various services/ products, evaluating responses and recommending vendors/contractors and maintained all records and logs for invoices, variations, quotations and cost estimates.
• Performed administration for documenting design and construction budgets, cost estimates, associated financial reporting including cash flow projections and timely delivery of revenue specific milestones.
• Translated project requirements into functional specifications and assisted technical team during development phase, designed detailed test plans and carried out testing to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are fulfilled

• Mobitel GSM Network base station construction project of 123 GSM 36 towers height sites worth Euro 10.00 million.

• Supervised and executed key activities like surveying, verifying drawings, quantities and calculations. Also short-listed suppliers, negotiated prices for prime items, and approved order quantities of construction material,
• Applied high end project management concepts like critical path, material and human resource management to ensure adherence to deadlines
• Ensured clear channel of communication between various participating contractors and sub contractors to negotiate contracts, insure strict adherence to quality standards, deliverables, schedules and budgets.
• Performed risk assessments, issue resolutions, prioritization and scoping. Defined and controlled budgets, forecasting, purchasing and inventory.
