Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing project needs for rolling out sites for networks, establishing project management strategy, and recommending appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control.
• Monitoring/ directing SAQ, Construction, and implementation activities of the project resources to over come “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost.
• Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reports on project progress and other project specific information, to take curative actions in case of variance.
