Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the delivery of business system solutions in accordance with the business strategy for increasing
efficiency and improving performance of the organization’s functional areas.
o Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and
suggest changes.
o Develop systems for internal company usage, as per guidelines provided by Management following entire software
development cycle.
o Providing leadership to internal project teams and end-users.
o Using the SCRUM methodology to plan sprints and assign work activities to programming personnel.
o Conduct training sessions for users on the system.
o Train subordinates in programming and program coding.
o Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new
requirements.
o Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them
into a series of instructions coded in a computer language.

Responsibilities:
o Perform system analysis, data modeling and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems.
o Develop systems for internal company usage, as per guidelines provided by Management following entire software
development cycle.
o Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer
capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.
o Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the system, and/or peripheral equipment
are responding to a program's instructions.
