Project Engineer at Jamjoom Wescon resposible for piping projects in Samref refinary in KSA since 1/1/2016, which included time management, planning, cost estimation, and supervision and QA/QC for projects and working according to procedeurs of EXXONMOBIL:
Pipe fabrication and istallation
Tank repair
Maintenance for steam turbines
Maintenance for pumps
Instrumentation installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Working as a Maintenance Engineer responsible for mechanical utilities at RAMEDA Pharmaceutical Company from 15/4/2013 till 1/1/2016, which included leading teams of engineers and te chnisions and interns, time management, planning for preventive and corrective maintenance, according to budgets fluctuating according to the market prices for spare parts, also coordinating with the workshop company for fabricating modifications in the design of machines, I designed spare parts and control circuits and ladder diagrams for the machines and utilities at the area of my supervision :
working on maintenance and operation of:
Steam boiler
Air compressors
pumps
Mixer granulators
Tableting machines
Capsuling machines
Blistering machines
I was responsible for maintenance of elevators and escalators at the biggest projects in Egypt like Nile Ritz Carliton, Madinaty, Metro Project, Sodic, mainly it was control and automation job.
Working as a Maintenance Engineer at Thyssenkrupp Egypt as a site engineer at the Escalators and Elevators installation and maintenance and upgrading projects from 1/5/2011 till 15/4/2013, which included time management and planning, cost estimation, customer satisfation improvement program for our clients, supervision and troubleshooting for mechanical and electical, elrctronics hardware existing in both escalators and elevators.
I studied the design of most of mechanical utilities and systems and methods of control & management. The graduation project was about designing different types of Heat Ex-changers starting from boilers and shell & tube to AHU and FCU, and also using Solar energy source for Li-Br cooling system, for a hospital, and the management system for the building.
