• Develop and implement company strategy using the OGSM framework, aligning with overall business goals.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department, linked to company goals and objectives.
• Lead monthly review meetings with company leadership team and department heads to identify and address
performance gaps, develop action plans, and track progress towards company goals.
• Develop and implement (Daily direction setting) as a part of governance model to ensure alignment and
coordination across all levels of the organization.
• Coach/assist Operations leadership on integration of Operation Excellence tools.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste, quality improvement, and meet customer requirements.
• Conduct several trainings and awareness sessions to change the culture and embed Operation Excellence tools and
best practices across the organization.
• Establish clear budgets and cost control strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Lead the Continuous Improvement program, which includes daily operations activities to identify and eliminate
waste in the process, as well as 6S, organization, and Lean Environment initiatives.
• Collect data, review and analyze process improvements and make recommendations to the shop-floor to further
enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Encourage and support the departments to develop and implement Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives.
• Driving the analytical execution, development, and quality assurance of research work
• Managing independent tasks, with varying degrees of supervision, such as report generation, presentations, meeting summaries, and research activities
• Analyzing data then drawing insights and making recommendations based on results
• Contributing input, facts and ideas to the team's problem solving and project management
• Designing discussion guides, interview guides, and questionnaires

• Leading and control the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) Cycle to coach and to close the gap that we have in the previous day.
• Follow up the team in the BOS and OFS to ensure achieving Zero Incidents.
• Follow up the team in the Quality WE-SCORE and the Log Book to avoid any CCR.
• Attending the assigned Pillars and to finish the tasks assigned by the Pillars Leaders.
• Performing UPS to solve the chronic issues in the lines to enhance the efficiency (PR%).
• Performing WPI / RCO to reduce the time required to finish the task that been taken as a planned stop or Changeover.
• Ensure that all the materials, equipment and process within the standard.
• Create OPL, SOP, JSA/JSP, PQF and Center line to deliver the best products with high standards.
• Performing duties as Production Engineer and Managerial role.
• Providing leadership to the production team.

• Developing Standard Operation Procedures and Process Mapping.
• Analyze the Cause and Effect of any Production Problems and Wastages.
• Increase in Production Efficiency and Productivity.
• Leading all the trials and development process related to Production.
• Responsible for the GMP, Safety, 5S, and NCR in the Production areas.
• Set an implementation plan of any quality, hygiene and ISO requirements and control the documents.
• Create and follow up log sheet and report related to Treatability, HACCP, CCP, Tahini Fineness, and Jam Brix
• Coordinate between the Operation Departments.
• Developing the Work Instruction and Visual Work Instruction.
• Preparing and following the BOM (Bill of Material) for the production Sections
• Provide and follow up the Safety Level Stock.
• Control and monitor the opening and closing stock to issue requests.
• Prepare the stock of the RM and PM as per the sales forecast.
• Provide the MRP to Procurement as per the sales forecast.
• Provide the weekly production plan as per the sales forecast.
• Explain the project to the customers and convince them to join it.
• Assisting in the setting the project plan.
• Providing needed support to the Project Manager for the event management.
