Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Responsible for assigned Contract Management, project or business personnel adhering to company policies and procedure
• Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement
• Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
Commercial management of Contracts in compliance with procedures and guidelines;
Preparation and sign off of various types of Contracts, Agreements, Deeds and like as required;
Negotiate with Sub Contractors and Suppliers to secure best Value For Money arrangements; Manage Sub Contractor, Interim Payment Applications;
Review and assess the validity of Sub Contractor Variation or Collateral Claims to Certification level;
Ensure all documents electronic and hard format are filed in a manner of easy quick retrieval;
Preparing and reviewing correspondence to the Contractor on routine contractual and commercial matters;
Managing Work Orders, Variation Orders and Variation Order Proposals and management of commercial disputes;
Assisting and supporting the processing of Milestone/ Payment Certificates Requests/Invoices from Contractors liaising with the appropriate Project Team members on completion status and obtaining Project Manager's signature.
Raising all notices and certificates required by Contracts for signature by Project Managers and issue to the Contractor;
Ensuring all required guarantees, insurance and tax certificates have been received from the Contractor and forwarded to Company Legal, Insurance and Tax departments as required;
• Admin of the TRT domain
• Coordinating between team members.
• Following up with government agencies and the private sector within the Kingdom in addition to third parties outside the kingdom.
Studying the possible aspects of collaboration between Saudi Arabia and Italy
• Preparing daily reports for the work of the Embassy and sent them to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Translating official documents and news from Italian to Arabic
• The responsible of affairs of Saudi citizens in Rome
• Manage medical and surgical patients.
• Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
