The project consists of 38 Hotel towers will operate by well-known 5 stars Operators such as Hilton, Sheraton, Hyatt and Marriott. Each tower consists of 33 floors, 12 podiums, where 4 of them are commercial floors, 3 parking floors, and 2 floors of villas in addition to Ground and Mezzanine where the main entrances of the towers will be. The estimated budget of the project is S.R 30 billion, that will be spent over Five years ending 2018.

Responsibilities:
 Certify Interim payment certificates for project consultants, hotel operators and contractors.
 Prepare cost centers for all project elements (phases, Hotels/podiums, Commercial areas, parking areas, construction works and electromechanical works). These cost centers are useful in identifying capital costs for each project element to verify at the end of project, earnings against costs for each individual area of the project.
 Prepare monthly cost report.
 Attend weekly and monthly cost/Risk meetings to monitor budget and give early warning in the risk register.
 Certify new variations made by stakeholders for any new scopes out of signed contracts and issue new variation order.
