• Technical Support Planning & Control Engineer at National Water Company (NWC-TCBU)
• Support PMO by providing all requirements to ensure compliance with NWC Regulations.
• Review, check and evaluate all submitted schedules of work for Water & Sewage Water Projects as per NWC requirements.
• Review weekly, monthly (or any agreed with the client) Reports Submitted by Consultants & Contractors for all ongoing projects.
• Evaluate and forecast project progress and performance against the established approved schedules.
• Assess the impact of design / construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Data analysis and preparing Reports, Presentations and Dashboards.
• Analyze, assess and participate in discussions about any suggested Corrective actions to get delayed projects back to right path.
• Attending regular meetings with Contractors, Consultants and client.
• Preparation full program of Works (Logic, Resource and Cost Loading)
• Review the site progress on daily basis and report to the client.
• Preparing (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Reports.
• Preparation of Cost, Manpower hours S-curve & cash flow.
• Preparing EOT claims
• Following up Sub-contractors activities, highlighting any deviation and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in project management process by collecting, collating letters, documentations and reports needed by project manager and other stakeholders.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Attending regular meetings with client and consultant
• Updating Schedule and making corrective actions according to the situation of actual work.
• Preparing S-curves & Histograms for Weekly & monthly Progress Report.
• Following and monitoring all running activities at site.
• Review on site progress on day today basis and submitting reports to Client.
• Preparing (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Progress Reports.
• Coordinating with the logistics department for the shipping activities and priorities.
• Making the reports of “Extra Work” done at Site.
• Prepare Database for total Joints & Equivalent Inches for all Piping Systems in the Boilers
• Follow-up all piping activities, monitoring & Updating progress for the running activities according to P&ID and Isometric DWG.
• Follow- up Steel St. Progress according to DWG.
• Review on site progress on day today basis and submitting reports to Client.
• Preparing (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Progress Reports.
• S-curves & Histograms for Weekly & monthly Progress Report.
• Breaking down the project activities into the minimum units (individual items).
• Coordinating with the logistics department for the shipping activities and priorities.
• Making the reports of “Extra Work” done at Site.
• Follow-up all piping activities, monitoring & Updating progress for the running activities.
