 Maintain standards of safety and comply with company’s
occupational Health & safety management system requirements.

 Implementing and monitoring site-specific health, safety and
environmental operations and tasks at the assigned job site.

 Ability to effectively communicate HSE requirements and values to
all levels of employees and client representatives.

 Ability to interpret and effectively communicate technical
documents such as Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments.

 Updating the Site Emergency Plan layout on Auto Cad. As per the
changing. & the HSE Plan

 Coordination with the consultant of environment (WATANIYA
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES CO.)regarding waste handling, transfer,
and disposal of waste substance arising out of different activities.
Ensure such wastes are disposing at an approved location.

 Coordination with Hr Department regarding HSE training's including
induction, in-house & 3rd party training and maintain the records of
all the certificates and ID cards & HSE training's passports.

 Coordination with mechanical Department regarding the inspections
and certificates (3rd Party, clearance certificates from Client) of all
the equipment’s and color cod for lifting gears in the project.

 Set up the HSE department’s administration & Maintain the records
as Preparation for HSE Audit

 Reviewing onsite emergency response plan, on site mock emergency
drill and providing suggestions for rectifications, if required.

 Ensure that all electrical work repairs are carried out in a safe way in
compliance to lock out and tag out procedures.

 Ensure all the employees awareness to the log out/ tag out
procedure.

 Conducting regular safety inspection to find out the unsafe
condition and practices.

 Make sure that, all excavation works get the authorization, which are
followed by a valid work permit & Excavation Notification.

 Carry out risk assessment and considering how risks could be
reduced.
