• Responsible for a client base of over 4000 clients in 6 different projects.
• Responsible for all client issues from once the contract is signed, until the client resides in his/her home and the project is handed over to the Resident's Association.
• Responsible for all client's modifications and Technical Issues.
• Responsible for Customer Complaints and Requests.
• Responsible for handing over completed units and share in monitoring the handing over plan with all the Project Managers of the different areas. Delivered over 1000 unit till now.
• Contact customers on a regular basis, either before or after delivery to make sure there are no problems they have and satisfaction with the performance of the company.
• Liaised with all concerned departments to solve problems (Finance, Sales, Contracts,
Legal, Construction, Engineering, Operation, QC, IT)
• Update customer data on a regular basis and follow up on their social status to ensure the quality of customers loyalty program.
