- Manage the planning and implementation of new core devices specially Cisco ASR9k and CRS.
- Adding new IP Core devices to the core as BNG, P and PE routers.

- Performing Installation, upgrade, acceptance & operations for ALU Service Aware Manager (SAM) that is deployed in VF Ghana network to enable end-to-end network and service management across all domains of the converged/IP network. QATAR
- Supervise the network performance via 5620 SAM system. QATAR
- Maintenance and troubleshooting for (L2VPNs, L3VPNS, Internet and VoIP) services. QATAR/TOGO/Orange
- Integration of Broadband Triple Play network based on 7750 BNG.TOGO
- Creating MOP "Method of Procedures", SCD "Site Commissioning Document" & configuration files required for the integration activities. QATAR/ Mauritanie

- Supporting Mobinil Data and Packet core IP network.
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of the triple play network with minimal downtime and ensure high network availability.
- Troubleshooting services End to End over Cisco IP/MPLS core network (CRS-1, CRS-3, ASR9k, ASR1k, GSR, 6500, 3500, 7200 and ASA5K ... etc) with IOS-XR, Juniper SRX 5600, MX960 and EX4500 switches.
- Performing analysis and diagnosis on complex networking problems.
- Assist in tuning core data network devices performance.
- Daily log checks for core devices and reporting abnormal logs /alarms.
- Monitoring traffic behavior, devices health status (CPU/Memory/Alarms) and reporting to concerned teams.
- Supporting in Major actions that need physical presence on site.
- Supervising Technician Cabling activities to maintain Rack healthiness.
- Reporting and checking on spot any environmental instabilities in the site (Power fluctuations, temperature Increases).
- Supporting any crises in Packet core network regarding SGSN and GGSN or servers like Netscout or AAA or Juniper gears (MXs)
