Tendering
-Receive all tender documents as BOQ, SPECs and drawings
-Review all documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available
in the documents.
-prepare tender queries for missing information, specifications, drawings or any
contradictions between all documents.
-Send quotations to the subcontractors and suppliers
-Receiving offers from various suppliers and contractors to make comparison
sheets.
-Evaluate the suppliers' quotations against the tender requirements and selecting
the best offers.
- studying the project specifications, drawings and bill of quantities
- preparing the break down for the BOQ items.
- Prepare Technical and Financial Offers.

Procurement
Coordinates with the Project Manager for completing the Procurement Schedule
- Discusses the material files with the Procurement Unit Head as required Conducts regular visits to sites and coordinates with the sites for procurement
issues
- sending RFQ’s, obtaining quotations, preparing comparison sheets, and preparing material files
- Coordinates with the Procurement Unit Head to complete and update the Procurement Plan and ensures it is regularly updated
- Coordinates and consolidates requests for permanent materials among multiple projects to negotiate the most advantageous terms
- Prepares Purchase Orders / Sub-contract Agreement as per approved submittal and material service request sent by the site
- Completes the Purchase Order’s attachment, comparison sheet, and material
files for Procurement Unit Head’s review
