1. Managing E2E projects of the digital transformation in FICO, MM, CRM and Mobile apps with Online Payment Integration with SAP.
2. Ensure to meet program specific goals (Scope, Budget, and Time) to achieve Quality.

1. Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team, using Activate & ASAP (Agile) methodologies.
2. Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.
3. Develop and oversee detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans.
4. Identify, analyze and recommend Business Systems Solutions, Project Charter and Technical Scope to upper management having broad business impact.
5. Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans, documented in the Risk Register.
