- Give internal training on Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 for the following departments ( Production, Quality, Sales, Procurement and warehouse).
- Deploy our ERP software (Dynamics AX 2012 R2) at user's machines and train them if needed.
- Give Consultation for users & support them to resolve their problems.
- SQL Maintenance, take backup from database & restore it if needed.
- Responsible for monitoring all ERP project related activities performance.
- Supporting users after the standard working hours when needed.
- Design and creation of project plans including deadlines, milestones, etc…
- Customize the Dynamics AX 2012 forms according to the business requirements using the AOT and X++ programming language.
• Maintenance and support of finished projects (Fleet - Dynamics GP - HR Software).
- Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.
- Develop In-house applications according to the business requirements using development such as C#, VB.NET, AJAX Toolkit, HTML, CSS3, etc…
- Responsible for design and upload the required documents to our web site.
- Implement ITIL V3 Framework
- Handle clients’ requests and solve their problems that related to the IT department.
- Manage access to resources.
- Install and configure (windows XP, Seven, 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2).
- DC, Exchange Server 2007, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SCCM 2007, SCOM 2007and SQL 2008 R2.
- Manage Network devices including (Routers, Switches and Access Points).
- Manage Printers.
