Civil Works:
• Mega structure: Roof/ticket/intermediate/platform slabs and Raft.
• Struts, Capping beams, Columns, and Precast units.
• Escalators, Elevators and public Stairs.
Foundation Works: Executed two types of underground stations
• Diaphragm Walls: Over Cut Procedure (BAUER) and CWS / Water Stop Procedure (SOI consortium).
• Grouted Base Plug: Valves grouting procedure (BAUER) and TAM/Tube A Manchette grouting procedure.
Moreover, Wells, dewatering, and performing final pump test.
Steel /Cages Fabrications /Installation: Steel and GRP fiber bars plus H beams 360.
Water Tightness Works: PVC Sheets-membrane Sheets- Geotextiles- Grouting.

Job Description:
• Conduct and follow up onsite constructions / inspections for JV/ its Subcontractors and check all necessary
activities for conformance as per project specifications.
• Liaise with NAT (client), SYSTRA (consultant) and sub-contractors for site activities.
• Prepar and review Method Statements and ITP for all activities to be done onsite.
• Lead activities to discover the problems and resolve the right corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the review of the contractor progress & quality of work.
• Coordinating /communicate with technical office for any conflicts between the drawings and production activities.
• Ensure the compliance of all discipline activities with the quality/safety standards including client’s specifications,
ITP and method statements.
• Manage site execution works and inspections activities through dayshifts and nightshifts teams.
• Carry out the inspection of the Construction / Used Equipment and identify any discrepancies.
• Ensure right applications of RFI plus FCR requests by production team.
• Review all certifications to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings and inspection test plans.
• Review sub-contractor’s construction procedures and follow up their onsite works.
• Manage and coordinate with JV laboratories for any onsite tests

• Conduct and follow up onsite constructions / inspections for all civil and architecture Project activities.

• Following up the formworks and reinforcement works.
• Following up all pouring steps and concrete curing.
• Ensure all submitted material (MIR) complying with project specifications (MSL).
