• Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel operations and budget of an organization’s SUPPLY chain
• Lead and manage production planning, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation
• Manage vendor relationships
• Preparing finished product for costumer request and sales Liaise with head of Warehouse to ensure maximum effectiveness of total operation.
• Manage the Warehouse area to achieve the maximum achievement of plan.
• Meet required standards of efficiency, quality and labor utilization.
• Improve material yields by periodically reports of near expired items.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse area and safety work place of warehouse.
• Ensure that the dept. always meet GMP/EHS requirements & all the polices & SOP in use.
• Participate in dept commissioning including starting up new locations, recommending operating controls, manage on-the-job training, ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Storage Practices are implemented, and examining the warehouse organization and manpower.
• Lead the level 1 audit team in production and W H and consolidate all dept. audit report in one report.
• Lead the internal safety committee in Warehouse area.
• Ensure that all technical investigations on customer complaint samples are properly conducted and reported as soon as possible.
• Coordinate with supply chain director to achieve factory strategic target and provide report & information of dept. performance to Supply Chain.
• Select, train, motivate, appraise and discipline warehouse supervisor and warehouse storekeeper to ensure continuation of the warehouse in high quality.
• Manage the warehouse processes to ensure that they are being carried out according to the approved methods.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision for immediate subordinates on any work carried out by them & overcome side problems.
• Participate with the production planner to achieve the monthly production plan according to the available capacity and receive all F.P according to monthly plan.
• Manage with the Eng. Dept. the maintenance plan and preventative maintenance plan of his area.
• Lead any project of his area (upgrading of the area).
• Review expenses of the dept. against budget.
