Responsibilities:
• Create and update project plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, Budget, Quality and Risks.
• Manage design, development and implementation of software and creative business solutions for customers.

Achievements:
• I played the role of project manager for SECC SPI for SMEs, 2010 Program for our company. This program lasted for six months from July 2010 to December 2010, in this program we created a customized process for our company based on agile and we used tools like TFS and Microsoft project.
