To Establishing new relationship with the international banks and to enters new corridors.
To maintain a favorable working relationship with the other banks & financial institutions.
To ensure compliance with corporate, central bank policies & procedures.
To keep tracking & monitoring the international financial organization regulation & rules.
To negotiate, implement and interpret the agreement.
Set the corridors target, keep monitoring & tracking the target progress.
To handle the internal & external promotions.
To meet and exceeding the expectations of the company.
To develop and implementing strategy to achieve customer satisfaction index goals.
To prepare reports as and when necessary to develop a more informative database for record & to improved management decision making.
To maintain complete and accurate bank files.
To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies & procedures to achieve the overall objective of the position.
To keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all update status, problems, or unusual matters of significance.
At all times to project a favorable image of the company to the public.
Carry out general HR functions and resources of 550 staffs and ensure all functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. (payroll, new employment visas and renewal ones, Insurance Cards, ID Cards, resident stamp, vacations, joining reports, rejoining reports, filling, Resignation, ticket booking for the bands....etc)
Assists in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion Letter
Managing the coordination with recruitment agencies job portal agencies for sourcing of potential candidates and the coordination with newspaper agencies to advertise on employment opportunities in the company
Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels and arranges interviews for management levels. Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
Organizes corporate events such as Town Hall meeting (monthly basic), Staff Party(annual) etc
HR Administration
Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart
Reviews compensation and benefits up to junior designer level
drafts agreement/contract to overseas and local freelancers
Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion
Assure that the unexpected inspections of any Government Departments: DTCM, Dubai Police, Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, DEWA done in Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments are running smoothly.
Repair the final settlement pensions for the employees who reach the legal age for pension.
To write all correspondence and reports for section on the computer.
Ensure all financial rights are done before the deadline.
Overseeing on the process of sending the employees personal files to the National Insurance and Pensions.
Handling all the employees’ files.
Worked on the insurance company system.
Transmitted to the pension cheque for the end of service gratuity.
Working as HR Assistant.
Responsible about all new staff interview.
Responsible about the entire staff filling.
Responsible about all the processor of employment the new staff.
Supervising all correspondence from and to the head office in Cairo.
Responsible about all resignation documents and the final settlement.
Check the staff attendance.
Responsible about issuing the warning and suspension letter.
BSW \Bachelor Degree in Social Work. Literature University, Alexandria, Egypt Relevant courses: Human Services, Psychology, Sociology and Arts of work, ethics of works and Human Science.
