My mandates:
1- Oversee, support, and guide the execution of the 2021-2025 transformation program to redirect the
organization towards achieving its vision “Global Food Security Leadership”, my mandates include:
- Ensure strategic goals and priorities are aligned, communicated, and deployed across all the
organization elements (structure, culture, processes, systems, talents/leadership, stakeholders, etc.)
- Define yearly strategic themes.
- Update and reflect the situational analysis in the yearly strategic plan.
- Mandate, evaluate and analyze strategic KPIs.
- Ensure strategic alignment with UAE and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Government and strategic
private partners.
- Draft, monitor and guide 70+ strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and support the deployment of the new restructure.
- Review the responsibilities of the organization units and ensure its reflections on the departmental
operation plans, KPIs (BSC).
- Review and participate in process reengineering activities.
- Evaluate culture impact and design/deploy the new values roll-out plan.
2- Lead two strategic projects, PMO.
3- Participate in several strategic initiatives such as Performance System, Customer Journey, Agriculture
4.0, and Abu Dhabi Genome Blueprint for Agriculture.
